Gabriel was the last archangel to be created, making him the youngest brother. Regardless of this, he is still immensely powerful, but was known to use his powers to fool around more than anything. He was one of the more compassionate angels and loved his brothers completely, so when it came to the fight between Michael and Lucifer, Gabriel couldn’t stand to watch it and fled from Heaven. 

He went into hiding on Earth, taking up the role of the Trickster, a Pagan God. To play the part correctly, Gabriel indulged his more mischievous side, and allowed himself to enjoy the pleasures humanity had to offer. He’s known to be sarcastic and quick witted, but he can also be ill-tempered and ruthless. He holds a respect for human life and what they have achieved but he misses Heaven and his brothers greatly. 

Gabriel’s time spent on the Earth means he wants to keep it rocking. He refuses to take side with either Michael or Lucifer, instead lending a hand to a hunter he’s run into before, while keeping his past a secret. No one is aware that he’s an archangel and he’d like to keep it that way. He’s had enough family arguments over the dinner table to last him four lifetimes.
